Shipping:
We work with global partners in the apparel industry so we may ship your order from any warehouse in the world in order to secure the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost.
Processing and shipping times vary, depending on the item and origination but on average delivery will take at least 14 days. Remember - we are a small business - we are not AMAZON!
You can also request expedited shipping by emailing us for a quote at info@classystoresonline.com. We accept PAYPAL only for expedited shipping.
Obviously, we have no control or influence over transportation and logistics, or the many systems and processes affected by global events. We do not refund for late delivery but if your package is lost by the carrier we will reship your order immediately.
Returns:
If you would like to exchange a damaged or incorrect item, please email a picture of the item and shipping label to info@classystoresonline.com.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Cosmetics must be returned with original seal intact.
- Apparel items must be unworn and not yet washed with original tags attached.
- NO REFUND will be granted for swimwear or underwear due to sanitary concerns.
Damaged items may or may not need to be returned. If you want to return an item you simply don't like or doesn't fit, we must receive your return before processing your refund. If we offer a FREE RETURN (from within the US only), we will send a prepaid shipping label.

Please use a trackable shipping service since we cannot guarantee we will receive your item and we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We also recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.
Once your return is received, we will inspect the product and process your refund via your original method of payment. Please contact your payment provider if you do not receive your refund in a timely manner.
Refunds and Returns:
Certain conditions must be met in order to receive a refund. However, we do offer a RETURN ASSURANCE Option. This feature is automatically added to your cart and you can OPT OUT by turning the feature off, or pay the small fee and have peace of mind that your return is guaranteed to be accepted and fully refunded.
