If 45 days have passed since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot honor your refund or exchange request. To complete your return, please first notify us of your return by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We must be able to verify your purchase in our system in order to accept your return. All returned items must be unused and in the same condition and packaging in which it was received.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you are returning an item valued over $75, we urge to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance since we cannot guarantee we will receive your item and we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and provide the status of your refund. If approved, your refund, plus shipping cost, will be credited to you via your original method of payment. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email.
We will exchange items that are defective or damaged, for the same or equivalent item if available.
